3HRV yamaha charger
came in dead, two of the FET's shorted, going to replace all 4 with mouser part 747-1XFR18N90P that appears to be a better part, original K2968 is No longer available, and subs found, I've no print, does anyone have one, had anyone repaired these? I've been dabbling in the golf cart world for past few months, been a free lance tech and home entertainment certified tech since 1980, have all the equipment, just never messed with golf carts much, most motor controllers, especially DC driven have a no load run away circuit that can and usually does commit suicide when the f.E.T.s or S.C.R.s short, or worse when they open, ? appreciate any help
