Im considering the 6" spindle lift from Jakes for my 36v ezgo. Anyone got a front pic of one installed?

The spindle lift looks like it gives more ground clearance between the tires.
Is that a true statement? I am trying to learn too. LOL |

clearance from the ground to the bottome of the axle will remain the same between the styles. The spindle lift does bring the wheels forward a little. The Drop axle does not.

Thanks guys, for what I plan to do with my cart, this looks sufficient. Is there any other parts needed for install beyond what comes with the Jakes (or comparable brand) kit?
Is it an easy install, looks like it is? |

Re: Who's got a front pic of spindle lift installed?
If you have jack stands, a floor jack, and some basic tools it is an easy process. Impact tools greatly speed up the process.
I did mine in a couple hours in the driveway. I did the front by myself. Some neighbors came over and we had a few beverages while installing the back. The front was a piece of cake! The back was by far the hardest part of it, but it was not difficult. Beer and neighbors may have influenced that. In my opinion, if you need or want to upgrade the leaf springs, THIS IS THE TIME to do it. |
