Even with the cart on jacks you should be able to see if the power light is going out! If the power led is not going out then check the ITS output.....

I had it on jacks and it didnt seem to do it. Only when I took it out on the road it will act up.

Sometimes that can indicate more of a loose connection thing... Like I said first ... it could be as simple as a bad connection in the power source. Check the key switch as it powers the solenoid, micros, ITS etc.

Man I bet it could be something with the key switch. I was messing with the radio and lights the other night right before this happened. I was drinking so I might have messed up a key switch wire that is right there

Did the issue get resolved? I didn't read thru everything, but it sounds like an ITS issue to me?

check to see if posts have cherry color& does it get hot- change solonoid if ya still have a problem pull rpm sensor make sure manget has not broke loose & after all that problem still there time for new controller$$$$
