Default Club car ds series upgrade

hello All just installed new alltrax 500 controller and D&D torque/speed motor and HD solenoid, HD FNR switch, 2ga cables. My cart is torquee and gets 25 mph with the 23” large tires. Hooked up the Alltrax Toolkit Manual and power is set to 100%. Throttle 12.5%.

Anyone think it should be doing a little faster? I am cool with how it runs but thought I would be 27-28. Would really dig 28. Let me know your thoughts or is this all this cart should be doing.

Haven’t had a chance to really change the settings yet. Just trying to get top speed and will work backwards from there.

I have about the same setup with brand new batteries and only get about 23mph with 10lbs air in the tires.

What is the Alltrax RPM limit set at?

I have mine set at 6000 rpm and get a solid 24MPH and frequent 25 to 26 on 18" tires inflated to 20 psig, on level road surface. You should be getting more than that on the larger tires.

But his is a Series cart and has no speed sensor or control. Your IQ (Sepex) does....
