2019 Onward Kohler speed adjustment
We just got a brand new 2019 Onward and it has the new Kohler EFI engine in it. I adjusted the throttle cable to pick up a few more mph and at 23-24 mph it’s much improved but keeps hitting the governor. I tried the zip tie trick and it still hits the governor. Any thoughts? I don’t need to go much faster I’d be pretty happy with it at this speed, just with out the cart backing off on itself all the time.

Governors are not necessarily a bad thing, they help to keep the stock motor from damage.

I’m not complaining about the governor, I’m just trying to get the motor to even out. I know 23 mph is well under the motors top end people on here post about doing 30+ with the zip tie truck
