Yamaha g8 4 inch lift tire size
I’m looking at the WANDA P332-04 tires they are cheap take offs at 35 dollars for two with a rim but they are 20x8x10 would they look goffy with 4 inch lift and I read something about offset being important would these work

Depends on the lift kit, but 20" should be ok. Some lift mfg's require 10" wheels because of clearance from new parts.
