Hi
I installed the muffler hose clamp but I am still having a rattling problem. I think I found the cause of it and wanted to to see it the front engine mount in the attached picture it stock. I did place a couple of rubber washers in between where the two steel plates hit each other and that solved it for a short period and then they bounced out. Is the front "mount" supposed to be welded or bolted or can it move up and down 1/4-1/2" during acceleration like it is now? Thanks |

Your missing the "snubber"!
It's a rubber cushion, that allows the front of the engine pan to move freely up and down! Snubber 4.jpg again... Cart Parts Plus! (they're my "go to" for anything Club Car!) http://www.cartpartsplus.com/snubber-for-club-car |
