Question Easy: 4-Stroke vs 2-Stroke

Hey, I found out that my 1995 Club Car is a 4-Stroke, and my cousin has a
Yamaha G1 2-Stroke. Whats the difference, I mean I know the 2-Stroke has more power and lighter. Would It be better to install performance parts on a 4-stroke or should I buy a 2-Stroke and install performance parts on that. I'm
finally getting the cart tomorrow - So, I'll post some pictures and possibly video on here. Thanks

Read these:

Two-stroke operation

Four-stroke operation

I greatly favor four-stroke engines. In fact, you couldn't give me a two-stroker.

It is easy to build a 4 stroke. 2 strokes suck and the torque is limited. unless you are attempting to put a 500cc 2 stroke sled engine into a cart.

Only reason i dont pick 2 strokes is because they are loud and foul plugs 5x more than 4 strokes, also because in the winter you would love a 4 stroke.

With a 2 stroke you have to mix the gas and oil. In a 4 you just pour regular gas in it.

I've got a two stroke and think I would prefer a four stroke for my cart. A two stroke is easy to work on but I like the torque of a four stroke.
