club car just stopped working
I have a cub car cart that I have had for about 2 years now. We have been having a great time with it. My wife and I went out on it one night,it was fine. WE came home, plugged it in and when we went to use it again 2 nights later, it wont move(foward or reverse). the solenoid does click but the cart does not move at all. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Re: club car just stopped working
Tried that today still does not move. All i hear is the solenoid click but the cart does not move. I even jacked up the cart to see if the wheels jerked at all and they did not move. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. I looked at thr tag like it said in one of the other posts I read and I think it is a 2001 Club Car if that helps. Thanks

Do you have a voltmeter? What is the battery pack voltage?

Re: club car just stopped working
Thanks I am going to check this out. I was reading it and it said to set the run /tow switch to the run position. Do all carts have this and if they do.......do you know where it is located? also by reading the test u gave me it sounds like the mcor switch is located by the pedal. Is this right?

Re: club car just stopped working
Thanks to all that replied and thank you Scottyb for that test you sent. When I was looking for the MCOR that it was talking about in the test, I was looking underneath for it and was checking the box mounted on the outside of the right side frame rail and found that one of the plugs was not all the way in. I could not believe that something so simple was driving me that crazy. My boys(all 5 of them) thank you very much. Hopefully I can return the favor by helping someone someday. Thanks again.

Re: club car just stopped working
Count yourself lucky. That's a new one on me..... Not all carts have the run / tow if you do it will be under the seat , up front... Glad you are up and running
