Default 98 Gas Par Car Clutch

Hi, recently replaced my 98 Par Car B&S Engine with a 13hp Predator. Removed generator and use the electric start that came on the 13hp. Issue I have to get the engine to idle properly I had to turn up the RPM but the clutch is engaging as soon as you fire up engine so I have to sit with foot on the brake. Clutch is a 35478-96 anyone know if they make different weights or springs for this clutch?

I have never worked on anything newer than a '91 so I can't speak directly to your question. That said, in all of my parts ordering and such I have never seen weight / spring options for your cart. You may have to go with a different clutch altogether.
