Upgrading 1994 Club Car DS (Wiring Issues)
Complete Upgrade
Navitas 440A Controller F/R Switch (High/Amp) Curtis 36/48 v Solenoid Stock Motor V Glide converted to 3 wire D&D High-speed motor (0n order) I've wired it 3 or 4 different ways still nothing ( throttle ) any suggestions or diagrams would be greatly apprecated |

What was the cart setup originally? 36v? Controller or toaster coils? |

Orginal setup 36 volt V-glide 2 wire no resistors Coils My upgrades D&D Motor 170-002-0002 HD Solenoid HD F/R Switch Navitas 440 A Controller Added Resistors and 3 wire 2 gauge wires |

I have everything working except throttle is on or off, no in-between
V-Glide when I test it a get 5.42 to 0.00 I have post 1 to 3 post controller module post 2 t0 B- (controller) post 9 to post 2 controller module Navitas 440a |

cart was originally setup with resistors. I now have forward and reverse but I'm full throttle or off.

Somethings not hooked up right with your throttle wires, or the throttle setting in the controller is not matched to the throttle type you have.

was a resistor cart...I converted the V-Glide to a 3 wire with resistors and it test good with the ohm test 5.34 to 0.00
