Default Yamaha EFI / Fuel issue

I have a 2015 EFI Yamaha cart that will run fine at times and at others will just sputter like it is not getting any fuel. The cart has sat for long periods of time without any fuel treatment and does smell like bad fuel. I have replaced the fuel in the tank and it still has the issue. What other parts in the tank should I clean/replace to solve what I think is a fuel issue? Can I clean the injector? If so how?
