What to do about the engine bay foam, G9
There are several pieces of foam underneath my engine itself. Currently they are all pretty much ruined. Do I need to find replacement foam or is it safe to rip out the old and go without?? Also, what purpose does it serve?

it will help with sound deading, but when it's lifted with big tires it isn't going to help much,
