I bought a 95 Metalist (electric) years ago and put a TXT body on mine but when I bought my cart it looked like it got in a fight with a drunken tree. The panels were not savagable. If the panels are beyond repair like mine were it is your best bet. I had a local shop put mine on for $300 body included. This was in early 2000. Alot of people back then were putting custom bodies on there new TXT's. The shop had stacks of new looking/used bodies. My 95 is pictured in my avatar.
