Default Texas Ice Storm Golf Cart Fun

Since the ice won't melt, I thought it was time to get the golf cart out...

Wow, didn't know Texas got it that bad this time around.

Up here above the 49th parallel, we get this 5 and a half months out of the year and the roads are like driving on a skating rink, even after they plow. Salt doesn't work for melting when it gets below -15 Celsius.

Good tires, 4 wheel drive if you are so blessed, and cautious driving get you through it all.

I park my Golf Cart for the winter, and we play around on the snow machines.

Sorry, I also meant to say it looks like you are having fun there! We get too much snow here to even try the golf cart, it would be cool to try drifting and maybe a few Rockfords.

Your wife sounded worried, too bad she wasn't filming from the passenger side. I'm sure we would have heard more from her.

Looks like you're haiving fun!! Nothing better than spinning around with stock fairway tires in the ice and snow, I could do that all day.

My great-nephew had been riding with me, but he got too cold.

I did the exact same thing last winter after a snowfall. We're getting one right now, and if it accumulates enough, I might get a chance to do a few donuts. If not today, then the next time it snows.
