Default 88 carb leaking.

Guys, I noticed the carb on my 88 marathon was leaking gas pretty bad and when I checked it I noticed the fitting where the gas comes into the carb from the fuel pump has broke. I can tell this has happened before because I can see where someone put some kind of glue/epoxy on it. I really don't want to have to replace the carb over this because it has been and still is a really good carb. I don't know what kind of epoxy would be best for this. Jb weld? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
