79 ezgo UNI 2 stage air filter
just got a UNI 2 stage air filter with a outerwear cover. I know it says to oil the filter before use. I talked to 2 different people one said to oil it and another said not to worry about it, just because of my application being on a golf cart. Also do I need to rejet the carb for sure?
