Default club car steers too far to the right

i have a 06 club car precedent gas, it has new tie rod ends, but for some reason it will over steer to the right, it will go so far that the tire will lock up and not roll. I was wondering if there is an adjustment on the steering rack, or is it time for a new one, it has 6 inch spindle lift with bigger tires. I tried adjusting tie rod ends both ways in and out but doesn't change it...what could be the problem...thanks

check the lock to lock on the rack and then center it, then set the front end so the wheels are straight and set the toe in, ithink if I remember right there are 3 adjustments on the front end, one on the rack and a right and left tie rod end get the rack one first and use the ends to set toe in.

Di you know how to center the rack. I'm guessing it has something to do with the big nut..

Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left (lock), then count the turns while turning the steering wheel all the way to the right (lock),
then turn the steering wheel back to the left, half of the total turns measured previously...
With the steering wheel straight, that's your halfway/center point!

Adjust the tie rod ends so the tires are straight with your steering wheel, then readjust your toe-in as needed!
