just noticed oil leak
1984 Marathon with Robin
I just noticed an oil leak coming from the rear differential close to where it mounts to the large belt pulley. What part would I have to change to fix this and how hard is the fix? I also noticed that the belt is real loose so I'll add belts to this little project from hell.  |

I believe they would call that a pinion seal. no problems with fixing it, you just take it apart, replace the seal, put it back together.

I later realized that the belt was ok. Once I drove the cart up and down the street with the motor exposed I could see how the clutch works. Thanks
Pinion seal here i come! |
