Default Steering adjustment

I had a broke lift spindle on the right hand side and i had it welded back together and put it back on. Now the left hand wheel will point straight and the right hand wheel points inward. Do i adjust the steering with the tie rod end?

I would. Should compensate for the welded spindle being slightly out of spec. You will kill your tires if you don't.

That should correct the issue if it's your tow that's out. You may need to do both to set the tires straight. Should fix it as ling as your weld isn't that far out. Also remember that adjusting the tie rods won't fix a camber issue. It will only fix your tow. If the weld created an out of camber issue I suggest replacing the part or re-welding back to factory specs.

Won't hurt to try it. I have bent the S**T out if suspension components on quads and had to adjust the tie rods just to get the thing out of the woods. It's amazing how much damage an adjustment can compensate for. You can always put it back. Just be sure you leave enough thread when you adjust so the tie rod doesn't come loose.

Just make sure you center the steering box before any toe adjustments are made. If you don't center the box turning radius will be effected.

This maybe a dumb question what is the toe or tow? are you talking about the tire rod?
