No loctite, we touch the stub with a little never seize and put
the clutch on and spin it on the shaft, remove and wipe the shaft off.
that leaves a little in the clutch making it easy to remove in the future.
We hard launch 200+ HP sleds with know problem.

The primary clutch on the engine is a taper fit like snowmobiles are. It should be clean and smooth, it will hold anything that engine on a 100hp nitrous kit would put out. If it is damaged the clutch could wobble and be off balance. Make sure it is clean in the clutch and the crankshaft. You can put a very thin layer of antiseize/etc like posted above, but not much, don't use grease. I like to use wd40/etc and wipe off so its just a little wet with it, mostly so it can't rust/corrode as much.

I'd guess someone used a big impact and just hammered it down too far.

You might need to run a tap in the threads, and verify they are ok. Mine seemed to go into the threads deeper than that (G9 yami).

the striped bolt had two washers on it, im guessing because they knew it was striped and it wouldent go far enough in to hold lol

my friend has a tap kit, will check to make sure the threads are fine to be sure more damage isent done
