I have a TSS hub that I have been using on the Dana rear ends. It is cut from hardened steel ~ as are the new Auscos. The TSS is one piece and the Ausco looks like a 2 piece? Have you tried them?

Here is the first look many of you will see Darn, Bad connection so maybe later?

Scotty, I thought there would be some grinding noise somewhere in the hub failure. Or felt it loose.

I have heard them fail silently.... the splines are very shallow... once gone ~ they are gone.

There was a slight grinding noise that I was able to hear in my garage after my initial post. When it broke I probably wasn't able to hear it over the sound of the engine running. Once I jacked up the cart, the wheel on that side was wobbly. Thanks 4 the help guys, that's what I love about this site, obviously I shouldn't have turned my buddies on to it. Hey Finisher, maybe you should worry about growing some hair, instead of my weight. Scotty, can u shoot me a price 4 that hub and the axle shaft if u have it, and thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.
