G9 engine angle. How far?
I have 25s on my g9. I lowered the stock shock mounts and put
Air shocks on it. About 12 inches lift which sits my swing arm at a pretty Steep angle. I want to make sure the engine gets proper oiling how steep Can this angle be without damage to my engine? |

Re: G9 engine angle. How far?
Obviously you have cause for concern..... these are oil slinger's so there is no pump or sump. The consensus I've seen here is no more than 10 degrees of deflection. With that much lift you will need to look into lowering your front swing arm mounts. See TheNewGuy's build threads for some good ideas on how to do that.
