Electrical problem
I have a Curtis controller
I’m getting power on positive on controller when the solenoid is off Even when solenoid wire is taken off Has anyone come across this Cart won’t work in forward or reverse but everything else works And how to fix 🤷🏽*♂️ |

Some more details about your carts year, make, model will help everyone on here help you.
Also details of what lead up to it not working are also appreciated along with what kind of power source is driving this cart (FLA or Lithium, hopes and dreams) |

Getting battery voltage on the B+ terminal all the time? Your solenoid is welded. Try giving it a couple taps with a small hammer to try to unstuck it - not a permanent fix.

If I disconnect the solenoid wire there is no power at it

That controller has flash codes. Count the flashes on the LED with the key on.
B+ should have power at all times when the key is on. That controller is turned on through a small wire (pin 1), and the solenoid should click as soon as you turn the key sending power to B+. Check for voltage at pin 1, the key switch input, with the key on and off. If it's hot in both positions you may have a welded key switch relay, which is different than the solenoid. |

Problem was code 32 em brake
My cart doesn’t have em brake There is a blank plug on floor of cart that got wet and threw the code Plug in and removed fault All good now |
