Hi, Sergio - yes, I really did consider adding an AC relay (there's tons of room inside the charger) but...no excuses here...I was just too darn lazy. And the work I did to add the marine socket to my cart for the maintainer was certainly more effort....so clearly I'm not very smart, either.
