That a real good way to describe it Mike. As a shop i don't blame you at all. Hardly worth your time for a customers cart, for the time it takes.
But for us infected with Tinkeridus it's a great little mod.

Question Re: RCC Exhaust - Is anyone running?

I like the sounds of this exhaust mod, but have a couple questions for those that know.

Does it make a difference if the new pipe is placed at the bottom, middle or top side of the muffler?

Reason I ask this, is because on my cart, if I placed the pipe up in the middle I could make it come out behind the rear wheel.

The next question is: When drilling the larger hole is it better to drill out just the first layer or go thru both layers of the muffler?

we went through 2 lairs and made a new down tube on the bottom

go through both layers, you can put it on the side, just be aware of moving parts and where they move to
