Default 2002 strange no start issue

was diagnosing the cart for no crank and to make a long story short, the blue wire that gives 12v to the solenoid will have 12v if disconnected from the solenoid and pressing the pedal..... when u hook it back up it shows no voltage on that same blue wire while pressing the pedal....
if you run a wire from the bat + to the solenoid(where the blue wire would go)it will turn over fine.....any ideas????

try taking out all fuses and lubing them up with dielectric grease, should have better connection after that
