this weekend was productive replaced the water heater in the house and worked on the ez go , which didi i have more fun with? lol i ll let you guess....

here are the latest pictures , we got the winch ready togo and put the homemade lift kit in the back . what it is a 2 .5 inch rigid coupling with a 2 inch nipple welded to it it was so simple and cheap to build maybe 10 dollars total.. it brought the rear end up about 4 inches. and then i just set my box on the back to see what she should look like...

We have a seasonal campsite in Milton, just north of Janesville.

Fon du Lac, home of Jonathon Brandmeir (aka Johnny B).

Almost makes me wish we got snow down here. Hmmm, I guess I could always plow sand.

Nice job on the cab. Umm, from my memory of cold PA, metal is going to be colder then a witches you know what. And a heated inside/cold outside may give you some condensation problems. Just a thought, may want to think some insulation panels inside.
No real weight, and would keep you nice and warm and help with the condensation problem.

I had a theory about how to put heat and it's ok to think I'm retarded cause by no means and I a rocket scientist.. lol

Anyway, I thought about running the exhaust up over the engine and into a box that runs parallel with the kick panel with fins tack welded to the exhaust pipe like base board heaters have in a house. The box it would run through would hold the heat, maybe a fan to blow the heat through a vent inside the cab..
ofcourse the exhaust would run back out the rear. Alot of pipe, but I dunno, it's a thought.
