Default Seperate 12V battery Question

If I install a seperate 12V battery, can I use it as an emergency backup battery to add juice to the 36V pack?

There is really no way to properly wire it to equally add juice to your battery pack. In an emergency, I suppose you could wire it to two batteries, but it will be more a pain than a help...

no, but u can use a 12v battery for your lights and radio to make your 36v pack last longer in night time party driving..

Here's the deal....... even if you were electrical engineer enough to rig it up so that you could throw a switch and put your accessory 12v battery into the pack......... you never want to run the main pack down to the point that it needs that kind of help. Cuz running the pack down to where it needs auxiliary aid is way below the manufactures recommended 50% draw down limit
