Re: Looking for Newer Gas Cart! Why Yamaha?
Thanks. Anybody have any thoughts on the Star NEV Off Road package carts? The overhead roof carriers can come in handy, not sure I've seen them on EZGO or Yamahas. They looks pretty nice...the dealer near Lake Lanier also carries those.
I never heard of them though. |

Re: Looking for Newer Gas Cart! Why Yamaha?
All good info here, except where EZGO's tend to wear out quicker? I'd like to see that evidence - LOL
I think the longest standing vehicle and less cost of ownership is hands down an EZGO... |

Re: Looking for Newer Gas Cart! Why Yamaha?
It's a REGIONAL decision. In DFW, Texas, my rating is 1 - EZGO 2 - Club Car (a close second - if not equal) 3 - Yamaha (a distant third) Yamaha just doesn't have a strong dealer presence in our area - and I don't know why. I've asked about becoming a dealership and was told that they are not interested in opening any new dealerships... Go figure? |

I don't dislike them at all - Just don't understand their marketing plan by having dealerships so far apart?
