Pix aren't showing- just red x's.
IMHO G1's are simple and easy to work on. Being 25+ years old, they will need work, but if you enjoy tinkering they are a lot of fun.

Hi Todd!

Jenetta here, I have been a member here for awhile and these wonderful people have watched our G1 transformations! I will post the pics for you (yours has red x) and also if you want to see the transformations for yourself you can click on this link...the thread is dedicated to them and is long (and sometimes funny) but you can see what was done from start to finish on them :). Welcome to Buggiesgonewild :)!

Just called hubby at work, he believes they are the same (round steel tube). But I know others on these forums have lifted them, maybe they will know better about buying or fabbing one. I think Jim was planning on buying a Jake for them but when the news of the electric campground came around...well, that put an end to that.

Also, they are both here now, we went and picked up the deere from the camper yesterday. :)

Curiousity, what kind of lift do you have? I don't think it will matter since hubby is the master of fabricating (lol) and he has promised he will fab me up some nerf bars or something...(short legs).
