Re: Hot Resistor
Problems Resolved!
Man I love this forum. Thank You to everyone. My new solenoid came today. Yes the old one was stuck making constant contact. Installed the new one and "movement without accelerator" problem gone. hdaddy rooster was correct and with RIB33024's wiring diagram and Scottyb's correct analyzation, the dangling wire reached the positive terminal of the closest pass. side battery and with the installation of a new terminal...ta dah...we have an irritating..beeeeeeeppp..backup horn. Now that you all have helped me get the cart back on track, I'm going to my shop and work on the Cub Cadet LT 1045 lawn tractor. I suspect a bad fuel shutoff "solenoid"! It must be my lucky day. Look at all the new stuff I'm learning, maybe next time this darned computer acts up I'll take it apart and look for a bad solenoid! Thank You LORD..an old dog can learn a few new tricks. Grandpa |
