go with a 400 amp alltrax if you go larger you will be looking at swapping motors as well. Check with any of the site sponsors they will take care of you.

What size tires are you running, how will the cart be used, and what shape are the batteries in?

Got 22" tires and batteries are a year old. Used mainly for hunting,not rough terrain

At least a 400amp and the money I cant say,But there are plenty of sponsers on the forum that can help you.You can contact them and they will walk you through the whole process.Hope this helps.

Also, 4g welding cable and a heavy duty solenoid. The Alltrax will increase your torque AND top speed on your PDS cart. Your cart will be solid after these upgrades.

Good advice guys A 400a AlltraxDCX with a matched 200a solenoid and a few #4 cables will get the stock PDS cart going 20mph and with those big tires = 22 or 24 is possible. But the big improvement will be tons of hill climbing torque.
