Default Re: G3 gas peddle connection, where is it???

I cleaned the terminals really good and charged the battery, still same thing. When I press the gas pedal, I can see the starter turn over, but really slow. it turns over, then pauses, then turns over until the engine fires then no problem. It seems like it is turning over too slow. Can I clean just take the starter apart and clean the brushes without replacing them?
