Like Tom diagnossed, your engine is turning over by the starter/generator, the engine is not "fireing up" (good call Tom). You need several things to happen. Make shure your throttle cable is opening the carb throttle shaft. You should (on your engine) have 120 lbs -good- 100 lbs minimun compression (at wide open throttle). You need the crank seals to be good for "crank case pressure" (it sucks the gas /oil past the reed valves, thru the cylinder and piston ports to get to the combustion chamber and also drives the fuel pump). You should have spark (I recommend a "dynamic spark tester"). You need fuel (crank it over with chokeing it and the spark plug would be wet). Can you do these tests and let us know what you find?

Its not running, but a clutch always works better in good condition. They say not to lube only the center bushing with a little grease....but I like to lube the little pins and pivots that move. I use a chain lube and not very much of it so it collects the least dirt. I like to use superlube its synthetic. When you get done you don't want any grease/lube around that could fly on the belt, remove any excess.

Its not getting fuel or spark, etc. Turns over good though.

It's getting spark, we tested that yesterday, the gas was kind of old, I'm going to drain the gas and put fresh gas in it, I pulled the fuel filter and I'm going to replace that as well and go from there, If that doesn't work I'll try the others, I don't have a way of checking the compression at the house..
