ezgo electric resistor 36-48 chopped
Ok so I am new here and this is my first cart. I bought an 81 3 wheel cut it in half bought a 79 4 wheel cut it in half. Bought a lift some 22" tires welded it up and now I need some speed right now I can run 11 mph its a 36 v. And I am wanting to make it 48 I have done some research but there is alot out there so I was wondering if I add another set of resistors if it would help reduce heat I bought a new solenoid for 48 volt so I have that I was also wondering if there was a way to only hook it up where I could run the other 2 6 volt batteries up to wide open were it would be 36 until throttle was completely open so it wouldn't have to run through the resistors at all any help is much appreciated
