A Simple 2 wire connection
makes the user friendly meter a simple install for any level enthusiast or mechanic.
Just trace the meter on any flat surface and cut the hole out
then pop the meter in and slide the security clip on the backside.
It's that EASY!
Now you can slide the trim on first then put the meter in hole and push the security clip onto the backside. You can use an adhesive caulk to secure the meter if you prefer.

Who reads descriptions??? Just kidding . . . I looked at the pictures and did not see the security clip, so I assumed wrong . . again . . .

I have in certain instances trimmed the retaining clip with tin snips when it was a tight fit.... like in a recent install where it was too close to another meter's bracket. And we do caulk them into the PDS switch plate where there is just no room for the clip. The meter itself weighs less than 3 oz. so it takes very little to hold it in place.

I installed one in my cart last fall to keep an eye on the datteries over the winter and I just love it. I knew exactly the condition of the battries al all times. Thanks Scotty

Compared with the Club Car optional meter, how does it compare?

The reason l'm asking is that if the price is close l will just let the dealer live.

Ok that's good to know. Boy l can't wait to get down to Ga. And pick up a cart. At least l will have a basic idea on what l need and what to look for in order to enjoy my cart.
