EZGO Cart choice help for new build
I currently have my first cart. It is a 2001 PDS cart with old style steering. I am wanting to build a newer cart and will be adding mods. My question is what to build either a Series cart or another PDS cart. I am not looking for alot of speed but love torque. I will be installing a Jakes 6 inch spindle kits and their front disc brakes. I will have a rear seat. I weigh alot myself (350#) so love torque. I will be running 12 or 14 inch Vampires with 23 inch tires. I will most likely be doing upgrades on at least the controller and possibly a bandit motor. So I ask to use your experiences to help me decide which cart to use as my base for the build.

Series=torque, Sepex =speed. Get a series cart with a big Alltrax and a rewind or torque motor! You'll need it with the big tires. That's what I just built-a 2006 48 volt series cart with a 500 spm controller and a little bigger speed motor. I am fixing to put 23's on mine. I have plenty of torque and speed! Hope this helps.
