Club Car/Kawasaki engines are really finicky with the fuel/air mixture!
they're jetted for sea level from the factory, you may have to re-jet it every time you go to higher altitudes!

Is there jet sizing chart for a 350? And where do I get the jets at because I've tried a few places and can never find them

Yep! (I looked back and couldn't find your engine size. )

Cart Parts Plus has all the jets you'll ever need, they may not be on their website, you may have to call them!

If your talking about the pilot jet (#13), it should be tight, and so should the the main altitude jet (#6).
I'm not really sure if you should actually be able to "see" through the pilot jet, but, it does have to be clear of obstructions!
