club cart carb problems
Hey guys just got a club cart I believe its a 86 and it needs the carb set correctly does anyone no how many times I need to screw in the jets ect,

Don't know about the jets, but I can give you guidlines on the top two external screws:
1. Snug the Pilot Air screw and the Throttle Valve Stop screw all the way in. 2. Back the Pilot Air screw open 1 turn. 3. Back the Throttle Valve screw 3/4 turn open. Use this is a start and make small adjustments from there. |

I tried to copy the diagram, but couldn't figure it out. At the top of this forum, there is a "sticky" that's labeled "Gas Club Car Diagrams". Scroll down until you see the exploded carb diagram. The Throttle Valve Stop is #2, and the Pilot Air is #3.
