Re: Nogo EZgo
Johnnie B and Yurtle- My hats off to you!
One of the reasons I ordered a new ITS was because some of the trouble shooting didn't check out so as long as I was going to update the FNR, I thought I would go all the way with a higher amp controller, solenoid and ITS- micro switch as well. After taking voltage readings from the black and white wires I found the black to have 14.7, but the white was erratic sometimes reading .1 to .3 volts. I took off the pedal box and checked continuity on the white wire all the way to the control box and it checked out. But voltage was another story, there was 0 voltage when pedal was pressed down slowly with key on and in F. All the wire ends looked clean and good, but the female spade connection was ever so slightly loose. I crimped it back on and WALA!! I also taped the other end with the 4 pin connection so it doesn't move. Thanks for all the help , I spent hours and hours on this thing and almost admitted myself to the psych ward. EZ come and EZGO! |
