Meow. 212 36 volt
Sorry everyone I am still learning this site. I have a melex 212. And this past week while on the course. It just up and stopped. No warning just stopped. I will explain more. I had over driven a golf ball. So I stopped and moved the lever to reverse. Hit the pedal. And nothing. And that’s where it stayed. It hasn’t run since. I had it pushed back to the storage cart. And I plugged it in to ensure the batteries had a full charge. I did find a blown 30A fuse. I have not found an exact replacement yet. So I am going to replace the entire fuse holder with a new modern fuse. This particular fuse looked to be grounded to the body. I have recently read that electric golf carts should not be grounded to the body. Can some one please explain to me why. And also any thoughts on where to start trouble shooting would be much appreciated. Feel free to send a pm or message me here. Thank you
