Default 2002 club car brake assembly

I have basically a 2002 club car ds frame and body that I am going to build. the cart does not have the brake pedal assembly nor any of the cables, springs etc. when looking for parts I can only find 81-99. are all ds brake parts the same? or is there some magical web site for 2002 year models.

Two variations. 1995 and older, and 1996 and newer

1995 and older were manual adjustment brakes. OEM# 101146302

1996 and newer have self adjusting mechanisms in them. OEM# 101823201

They use different shoes and are not interchangeable.
