Last (thickest) coil HOT, advice on adjusting V Glide
Super new to this just re wired a 92 CC, now (resistor?) literally 10 minutes ago to my shock it moves! Fwd and Rev. Only issue is coils getting hot any ideas? (Edit)...
**In my research I read about adjusting the wiper on V glide if it's not going all the up, well it isn't going up all the way and it is the thickest coil that is get hot and that coil coordinates with the top of v glide. What do I adjust exactly? |

Re: Last (thickest) coil HOT, advice on adjusting V Glide
The adjustment rod runs between the bottom of the go pedal and the pivot rod of the V-glide. It has threads and jam nuts on each end. Back off the jam nuts, rotate rod until sweep pad only rests on top contact in V-glide when go pedal is WOT, tighten jam nuts.
