Default BBB Nothing

So I have went over the diagram a few times. Im working my way back, the key switch has power. Its sending power to the micro switch but the other side of the micro switch is getting 45.7 volts to it at all times. The front side of the switch is at 49v. I followed the wire all the way back to the controller and its still getting 45.7v even with the micro switch pressed witch should give it no power. I even unplugged the micro switch and its still getting 45.7v to the wire going to the controller.

So I looked at the diagram some more and it looked like the has the wire coming from the back of the key switch going into the back of the electrc brake switch then going to the micro switch. I could be wrong but when i turn the brakes on the power coming out the other side of the micro switch goes to 0V until you push the throttle and it releases the pedel micro switch. Either way I cant get the solenoid to click. It has two solenoids, one for front and one for back motor. neither one will click.

What year? 2x4 or 4x4 with one controller or 4x4 with 2 controllers. What brand is the controller?

Did it just stop, or has there been intermittent problem?

It's a 4x4. Not sure year but it has the navatas controller. Just one controller.

So even with the key off im getting full pack voltage at A,AF, and getting 18v at F. Would you think the controller is toasted
