Default powerdrive

Can I wire a powerwise charger to supply output DC voltage any time it's plug into 120 ac volts?? If so can you draw me a diagram ? I want to use it to jump start other chargers when the batteries are dead,

Thanks all
Sonny

Crash
I'll post this to you..... I can make the charger stay on all the time like I wanted to. Now a question for you, on the output side there is three wires. which wires should I use for just a jump charger ??
I have good luck when there is only two wires to choose from.

Thanks
Sonny
