You could put a small switch on it and just disable it on hunting trips.

It's very easy to forget that you have it in reverse. Then it goes backwards when you think forwards and that can be a bad thing. They are pretty loud but tape can quiet them down a lot.

Battery report. After charger cut off at some point today (I know they didn't rest 8 -12 hours) they said 37.5v so there about 80% on the chart. A 3 mile drive around my basically flat with slight inclines town. I kept 14/15 on flat. Slowed to 12 on inclines and fastest was 19 on the small downhill. When I returned the voltage showed about 65% maybe more of a charge.

Way better than I expected for 6 year Olds that wouldn't even kick the charger on when I plugged it up. I know there not good but it's at least use able close for a few weeks if I don't pull them sooner and replace.

I got about 6 miles out of them before they started to slow real down. New batteries will be on order

A few back to back charges might improve them a little more.

Cycle them a few more times and see if they improve. Sometimes they do slightly.

I was thinking like yall, that they might improve. But they won't go like 20 miles though. They are fine for short trips around or real quick rides.

My batteries got down to about 8 miles of range after almost 5 years. I dumped them then.
