Default Need gears for a Dana H-12 axle

I was wondering if anyone can help me locate a set of gears for the Dana H-12 rear axle? I've done an Interent search and came up with nada.

I contacted a custom golf cart shop named East Coast Custom Carts. They sent me an exploded view diagram of the Dana H-12. Here it is in case anyone is interested. I still haven't figured out which gears I need yet

What do you want? Stock gears for the electric?

From my research it looks like the axle on my monster cart uses a modified Dana H-12 axle.

The pic here (1st axle under the 'Leisure/Utility' section)http://www.dana.com/offhighway_syste...t/OPE-2004.pdf

The gears are slipping and I wanted to find out about getting new ones. I called Dana directly and was transferred to a lady that said she couldn't sell directly to the public and who also didn't know who could replace what I have (or determine what I already had).

I seriously doubt there are any gears slipping in the axle.. More than likely there is a spun hub in one or both of the brake drums.. The splined hubs are a known weak spot if the retainer nuts haven't been properly torqued..

I agree, gears don't slip they strip. There isn't enough room in there unless you leave the bearings out for the gears to "slip".
Check the hubs first then the input shaft splines.

I didn't realize on the first pictures that this vehicle was using an electric cart axle! With the size of the tires and the MONSTER wheel spacers, I would put my money of the hubs stripping out about every 40 miles of driving What EXACTLY is your cart doing? Or NOT doing?

You're going to have to have a reliable rear end built and placed underneath this cart ASAP!

A few of the gears got chewed up while during a heavy load up a rock. We had forward momentum but then rolled backwards a bit. Heard a crunch then she wouldn't spin anymore.
