That's a pretty vague question and I could list a full sheet of possibilities but it would be a little easier if you could offer a little more info.
What have you done to troubleshoot and determine you have, or thought you had a coil problem?

And Welcome to BGW!!

i tried 2 different coils neither one is getting spark but im getting power to the coil but dont know how to check the voltage regulator, the ignitor ,or the pulser coil (when i got the cart it had a ford trick coil fron a 86 ford ranger)so i dont know if that messed something up

when you say power, do you mean 12 volts or a pulse from the igniter?
Air gap on the coil @ .015 try an igniter from any two cycle weedeater.
Only wire from coil to igniter and ground igniter to block, nothing else. See if you have spark from this.

i have 11 volts at the coil on the green wire that comes from the solenoid and a constant 11 volts coming from the orange wire that comes from the ignitor. and still no spark from coil
