Default Lestronic 2 Charger not Charging

No good deed goes unpunished, so I got a call from the maintenance guy at our POA today. they have an old 36 volt Club Car that the charger isn't working. I checked the batteries and had to charge them in pairs with a 12volt charger to get the pack to 34 volts, plugged in their Lestronic 2 charger and got nothing. I checked the input voltage at the relay and have 120 volts, but the relay never clicks. The fuse in the charger shows about 2 ohms and the fuse on the back of the charger receptacle is good. I'm guessing its a bad relay, but don't know for sure. Any help would be appreciated.

Does any of the site sponsors sell these relays?

Give David Hicks at Revolution Golf Cars https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/charger a call for one.

And if you take the 120v supply voltage to the relay and jumper it over to the output of the relay, you can temporarily bypass it for testing purposes.

Follow section 1. Verify battery pack voltage is reaching the charger, and bypass the timer to determine if there is a fault with the timer or with the relay.

I went back and took another look at the charger and found that I didn't have battery voltage inside the charger. So took as look at the receptacle and found the fuse connections were rusted out and the receptacle itself was cracking. So I'll replace those and see what I have then.
